As work and funding demands increase during the provision of CRT, personalities, frustrations, and genuine dislikes of others can also increase. There are times when parties have to overlook these issues to accomplish the end goals. Often times, one's own biases can exaggerate these issues. Understanding and owning our own issues can result in greater comfort and ease during these times. The goal of this seminar is to increase awareness of where the notion of "difficult" comes from in regards to dealing with situations encountered during the provision of CRT. Is the situation a result of one's own biases, past encounters that have been deemed difficult or uncomfortable, or simply disagreements?
